The Slinger Village Board and various other committees, commissions and boards meet periodically throughout the year to discuss and enact policies and programs for the Village. The Village of Slinger is led by a dedicated group of elected officials who set Village policies and provide direction for Village departments and utilities. The Village Board consists of 6 Trustees and the Village President who serves 2-year terms of office. Village Board members also serve on additional Commissions and Committees as appointed. The Village Board meetings are normally held on the third Mondays each month at 6pm.

The Planning Commission consists of the Village President, 1 Trustee, a member from the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Board and 4 Village residents, who serve 3-year terms of office. Planning Commission meetings are normally held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00pm.
