Sewer Rates
The Village Board, pursuant to the provisions of § 66.0621(1)(b), Wis. Stats., does hereby declare that the sewerage system of the Village, consisting of the collection system (as hereinafter defined), waste collection and disposal operations, sewerage system and all other appurtenances, and equipment used for such purposes, or wastewater treatment plant (as hereinafter defined), shall be designated the “Village of Slinger Sewer Utility” or the “Sewer Utility.” This public utility is not a public service subject to regulation by the Wisconsin Public Service Commission.
The rules, regulations and rates hereinafter set forth shall be considered part of the regulations applicable to every individual or entity connected to the sewerage system and all persons discharging wastes to the sewerage system. Such rules, regulations and rates may be changed from time to time as determined by the Village Board and the right is reserved to make special rates and contracts in all proper cases.

Monthly Fee

Bills for service are rendered monthly and become due and payable on the 28th of the month following the period for which service is rendered. A late payment charge of 1 percent per month will be added to bills not paid within 20 days of issuance. This late payment charge will be applied to the total unpaid balance for utility service, including unpaid late payment charges. The late payment charge is applied to all customers. Utility customers may be given a written notice that the bill is overdue no sooner than 20 days after the bill is issued. Unless payment or satisfactory arrangements for payment are made within the next ten days, service may be disconnected.
Power Cost Adjustment Clause (PCAC)
All energy sales are subject to a positive or negative power cost adjustment charge equivalent to the amount of which the current cost of power (per kWh of sales) is greater or lesser than the base cost of power purchased and produced (per kWh). The base cost of power is currently $0.0693.
Commitment to Community
